1. DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (Ref. No. 430057)

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will assist the Project Manager to plan, lead, organise and control project resources, in human and equipment capital terms, to meet both client and TCI targets in a safe and cost-effective manner. Requirements of this position: “Utama” Indonesian mining certificate is desirable, but not essential; minimum of 10 years in, or about, an open cut mine, with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior supervisory or management role.

2. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (Ref. No. 420213)

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will accountable to organise and coordinate all tasks related to the engineering and environmental activities, such as mine planning, survey, mine rehabilitation and explosive & blasting activity; coach all subordinates to get maximum performance and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mine planning reports. Requirements of this position, Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or related mining discipline is essential; have “Madya” Indonesian mining certificate is desirable, but not essential; minimum of 7 years in, or about, an open cut mine, with minimum of five (5) years as a senior mine planning engineer.

General requirements for both positions: Superior inter-personal and communications skills are essential. A good command of the English language.
