SALES MANAGER for WIRE (SW)
Reporting to Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent will perform all commercial activities targets in terms of sales volume, profitability , market share and new product development. This include developing good knowledge of the market by collecting and analyzing market information about customers, competitors, and industry trends, reach maximum customer satisfaction by coordinating with after sales service, also follow up accounts receivables and stimulate all necessary actions in order to ensure timely payment
The ideal candidate shall hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years experience in B2b Sales preferably within concrete industry. The incumbent should demonstrate independence and strong technical know how and possess sound communication and interpersonal skill with excellent English language skill.

SALES MANAGER for BUILDING PRODUCT (SB)
Reporting to Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent will perform all commercial activities targets in terms of sales volume, profitability , market share and new product development. The ideal candidate shall hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years experience in construction sector (designer/contractor) or in B2b Sales preferably within concrete industry. The incumbent should demonstrate independence and strong technical know how and possess sound communication and interpersonal skill with excellent English language skill.


PURCHASING MANAGER (PM)

Reporting to General Manager, the incumbent will supervise, coach and develop a team of purchasing staff, logistic and Kemudahan Import Tujuan Export (KITE).Be responsible for coordinating all purchasing activities, this includes develop and implement the necessary systems that will contribute to a reduction in lead time, increased delivery reliability ,lower cost and inventories and enhanced quality of the purchased goods and services, define and achieve the targets for department taking into consideration the challenges and needs of the business and expectations of internal customers.
The ideal candidate shall hold a Bachelor Degree with min 5 years working exprience in purchasing in multinational mechanical and electrical manufacturing company. The incumbent are familiar with SAP good knowledge of custom clearance, import export and KITE regulation, and possess sound communication and interpersonal skill with excellent English language skill.

TQM MANAGER (TQM)

Reporting to General Manager, the incumbent will support the general manager in organize TQM events, making TQM and lean manufacturing and integral part of the company culture. This includes identify the right TQM targets and ensure a smooth implementation and achievement of the goals, responsible for organizing effective trainings. Together with a team of shop floor facilitators, the incumbent will also develop a strong culture of Quality Control Circles or shop floor improvement projects
The ideal candidate will be holding Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering ) with min 5 years relevant working experience in multinational mechanical and electrical manufacturing industry (preferably from Japanese company) .The incumbent should show a solid experience in lean manufacturing with green or back belt six sigma degree, a team player and quality oriented and customer driven with excellent English language skill.

QUALITY ENGINEER (QE)

The incumbent will solve production-related quality problem, develop and implement quality procedures and system, This includes analyze the critical parameters of the quality process, propose and implement modifications which have positive impact on company’s product qualities also manage eth laboratory and monitors the quality of materials used in the production process.
The ideal candidate will be holding Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 2-3 years relevant working experience in multinational mechanical and electrical manufacturing industry. The incumbent should have knowledge in ISO 9001;2008 and capable in developing the system, a team player who is dynamic, innovative and result oriented person with excellent English language skill.
