The Role

This is an opportunity to take a high profile role heading up the local Indonesian Tax function. The role requires an energized, proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
You will be responsible for managing the company s direct and indirect Indonesian and International tax compliance and tax accounting processes and related improvement projects. This role will be a valuable member of the Company s Financial Leadership Team and will assist the local VP Finance and internationally based regional Tax Lead with both International and local Tax planning activities.
You will be expected to interact at with many levels with internal and external stakeholders, including, but not limited to, industry based organizations (e.g., Indonesia Petroleum Association), local and national tax officials and offices and other industry-related governmental bodies.
You will be expected to take a prominent role in actively monitoring proposed Indonesian tax legislation and regulations directly affecting the Company s Indonesia-based investments.

And You

The successful candidate is likely to have at least 10 years of relevant combined experience of increasing responsibility with the DGT, and/or MoF and/or Big Four CPA firms. You will have a demonstrated record of performance with strong networks in the Tax and/or Oil and Gas regulatory bodies and professional advisory services.
You will certainly have an undergraduate degree in accounting and preferably further Tax and/or professional certifications.
You must also have excellent written and oral skills in English, an impeccable ethical record and a clear commitment to personal integrity.

Pertamina

Pertamina EP (PEP) is engaged in managing the upstream oil and gas production through a more manageable exploration and exploitation activities. Adding to that, PEP has been undertaking other supporting businesses, which have been intended to back up the main business directly or indirectly. Presently, Pertamina EP production level for oil is around 120 throusand barrel oil per day (BOPD) and around 1,003 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) for gas.

Pertamina EP Working Areas of 140.000 km2 were once largely PT Pertamina (Persero)’s Oil and Gas Mining Authority Zone. The working areas are managed through own operation and partnership cooperation, comprise 3 contracts of Joint Operating Body Enhanced Oil Recovery (JOB-EOR) and 33 contracts of Technical Assistant Contract (TAC). Thus geographically, Pertamina EP operates in nearly all territory of Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke.

Pertamina EP Working Areas consist of three regions namely Sumatra, Java and Eastern Indonesia Regions. All JOB EOR and TAC operations are managed from Headquarter while own operations are managed by each region respectively. The opration of those regions comprise 12 Field Areas, namely Rantau, Pangkalan Susu, Lirik, Jambi, Prabumulih and Pendopo in Sumatra, Subang, Jatibarang and Cepu in Java as well as Sangatta, Bunyu and Papua in Eastern Indonesia.

Beside the management of working areas as stated earlier, other business pattern is management through projects, such as gas development project of Pagar Dewa in South Sumatra, Gundih in Central Java and Matindok in Sulawesi.

Effectively manage the Asset to comply with all safety, ISO, and OSHAS requirements and ensure Operation Risks are effectively managed to full fill requirements of insurance and protect assets.
Be a team player to coordinate maintenance and operation department, supporting the operational requirements by planning and execution of all assigned maintenance activities during on-line and off-line outages.
Effectively communicate with inter/intra department personnel, OEM and expert consultants wherever required and maximizes the utilization of new technology
Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual maintenance and plant project capital budgets; scheduling; expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective action for effective control.
Succession planning, supervisor development and training of subordinates
Provide a strong Platform for continuous improvement, energy/cost conservation initiatives and human skill development program

QUALIFICATIONS:

Male max 48 Years Old Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Having 10 years experience in Mechanical Maintenance with at least 3 years in management level.
Advanced understanding and sound Knowledge all sections of medium sized.
Capability to create and implementation, corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs procedures.
Advanced understanding of Maintenance programs, Preventive Maintenance requirements for engine caterpillar, heavy equipment, air compressors, rotating equipment like pumps and fans, conveyors, etc.
Knowledge on computer based maintenance programs.

Rig Superintendent/ Tool Pusher / Driller (Indonesia - Jakarta)

• Having knowledge and able to access HIRAC & Improving JSA
• Ready to work at any location in Indonesia
• Must be fluent in English, Both oral and written
• Computer literate ( Microsoft Office ) is Must.
• Male, Maximum 50 Years old (Rig Superintendent) / 45 Years old (Tool Pusher ) / 40 Years old (Driller)
• Min D3 in Enginerring / Mechanical/ Electrical with a least 15 years (Rig Supt) / 10 years (Tool pusher & Driller) working experience in onshore drilling with minimal Rig 1000 hp.
• Possession of AP III MIGAS and IADC/IWCF/Well Certificates
• Preferable to have certificates on H2S, Fire fighting, ContinEd space, first aid or defence training
