HELPDESK OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS
*Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science
*At least 1 year of working experience as IT first line helpdesk
COMPETENCIES
*Working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, computers, printers, scanners, PABX and other IT peripherals
*Working knowledge of WAN and LAN technology and implementation
*Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
*Prepare to work in a fast-paced environment
*Preferably domicile in Surabaya and Denpasar
JOB SCOPE
*To provide helpdesk support for all users in Surabaya and Denpasar office
