Responsibility:
The jobholder is responsible to verify and approve request from customer that maintain by operator received on daily basis as well as to brief operator for new system / procedure and help / deputize Team Leader especially during their absence.
Requirements:
*Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
*Has minimum 2 years experience in Credit Card Business
*Has strong leadership, analytical & good communication skill
*Must familiar with reporting system
*Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
*Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
*Has a strong drive to succeed
*Demonstrate high degree of integrity
