Our client, one of the biggest Japanese banks, is currently invites a high caliber professional to take a challenge in the capacity as :
VICE PRESIDENT – LEGAL

Reporting directly to the Board of Director, the appointed candidate will be fully accountable for managing the overall legal department activities and ensuring the bank complies with the central bank & government regulations.
To qualify, you should have a proven track record in assuming similar function and role and also a good exposure in business, finance, banking laws & updates. A relevant postgraduate degree either in Finance or Banking of Law is a must. Overseas graduate will be an advantage.
